Austin Current

Austin Current, BSc., CSCS, CISSN, is a personal trainer and fitness writer. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and is a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength Coach Specialist (NSCA-CSCS) alongside a Certified Sports Nutritionist from the International Society of Sports Nutrition (CISSN). He coaches clients in-person and online from all over the world.
Austin has helped run seminars around North America and Europe since early 2018 educating personal trainers and passionate gym-goers in anatomy, exercise execution, biomechanics, nutrition, and program design. Outside of coaching and educating, he has had a successful competitive career as a natural physique bodybuilder, earning his professional status in the International Federation of Bodybuilding (IFBB) at age 20 as the second-youngest male in the organization’s history in 2014. In his work with clients and personal trainers around the globe, he has been recognized for his ability to break down complex topics into digestible information and for merging results with the learning experience in a way that educates and empowers.

Amber Brueseke

Amber Brueseke is a wife, mom of four (ages 9-16), and a former RN who founded Biceps After Babies because she believes that being a mom doesn't have to mean your fittest days are behind you. What started as a little Instagram account to share her fitness journey online has transformed into a thriving business that empowers women to achieve their goals. Dr. Alyssa Olenick

Dr. Alyssa Olenick holds a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology, is a certified sports nutritionist, and Crossfit Level 1 Trainer. Alyssa completed her doctoral training in exercise and metabolism. Specifically in the areas of metabolic flexibility, sex differences and menstrual cycle physiology. As a coach she specializes in the areas of sport nutrition, endurance, strength and hybrid training. Dr. Sean Pastuch

Dr Sean Pastuch is a dedicated husband, father, and leader. He is the Founder and CEO of Active Life, a company that guides its clients to a life well-lived, through the attainment of empowered thought, physical freedom, and emotional wellbeing.

Dr. Susie Spirlock

Dr. Susie Spirlock is a coach, physical therapist, and movement optimist who brings an incredibly unique approach to both training and physical therapy practice. She believes that strength training IS rehab when it comes to treating pain and overcoming injury. Education and authenticity are at the center of what she does -- two things the industry seems to lack. Casey Samuel

Casey Samsel, 33 year old creator and entrepreneur living life to the max.
